Hi, my name is Linda Serrano and I came to Juvenesse about a year ago. There was a special event and my boss and myself came upstairs. We came up and I fell in love! We came for the makeup and my boss bought products and so did I. I didn't come back for a while because I am not the skin care/makeup girly-girl type. Earlier this year I had a really bad dry spot on my chin and around my nose. It was dry and irritated and it hurt, and I didn't know what it was. I remembered that Juvenesse was here and I thought, terrific, I can just go upstairs! So I ran upstairs and Liz was here and it was great. I told her my problem and I showed her. She helped and gave me a million products. And ...I was done! I went home. I put everything on and the next day I went to work. My office is all glass windows and my co-worker walked by, and then came back and said "Are you alright? You look different! Are you pregnant?" I said no.... why. She said "because you have this awesome glow" and I said "Holy Cow!"

I now want to go ahead and give you some more information on some of the products that I personally use. I start my morning off with Aloe Milk Wash cleanser and Microdermabrasion which I absolutely love! And it goes lickidy-split quick. From there I go onto my Aloe Toner, which is one of my favorite products of all. I can't see myself being without that one, ever again. I then go ahead with my Anti-Time, which I place on softly and then my Vital-Moist. Once I have that on I am set to go, and it takes all of 2 minutes! I love Juvenesse. It's so much fun. I love coming here. I love the showroom. Everyone is so sweet and so friendly and between customer service and the products, I don't see why anyone would ever want to go anywhere else. I used to use store brand products and it was OK and it didn't take me long to put on, but I wasn't the girlie-girl to use everything. After coming to Juvenesse I am done. I don't need to search anywhere else. I love you Juvenesse. You guys are great! You Rock!

Hi, I'm Kay and I am fairly new to Juvenesse. I have been using the products for about six months now. And one of my best good friends introduced me to the products one at a time, and over the course of this 6 months I've found that my skin has gotten better than it has been in years! And the reality is that all the dryness and the redness and the irritation have improved dramatically, and I credit this primarily to Juvenesse products! And what I found is that the cleanser does take out all the makeup and that the Crème de la Crème really does moisturize my skin in a way that no other products have. And I have to say that I have used almost every product out there! I was a department store junkie. Trying every solution from all the other providers and I do believe that Juvenesse makes a difference.

And I also really enjoy the Rejuvenate While You Sleep Crème which I think has me getting up in the morning looking like my skin has just been cleansed and moisturized and I just started using the PepTight and it really has helped with wrinkles along the forehead and smile lines....which I would really be happy to keep! I wanted to tell you today about the Sugar Butter Body Collection from Juvenesse. I found that it's really a great set of products and what I found is that particularly in the winter time when my skin gets very very dry that the SugarBodyScrub in the shower is just a great way to moisturize your skin and get rid of dead skin cells. And then the scent of the SugarButter Shower Gel which I use almost every day and the moisturize really helps to keep my skin moisturized and it has kind of an iridescent gold fleck to it that is really pretty in the sun. I highly recommend that you try these products. And I think you will like them as much as I have. So I would very highly recommend that you try the products one at a time or a group of products. Hi, I'm Linda. I am reflecting on my Juvenesse experience and it has been wonderful. It's been about 20 years since I started using Juvenesse products and I am so thankful. I think it has been a wonderful relationship that continues. In today's world in the environment in which we live it becomes increasingly difficult. We are all on time schedules that are too fast. Our skin is important and I believe in sound nutrition, of course, and lots of water and protecting the skin from the outside. Anti-Time of Juvenesse is a very special product to me. It's one that I can dabble on thru the day, put on over my moisturizer and over my makeup, it just seems to give me a lift and I am very thankful for that. I think taking care of one's skin today insures better skin tomorrow. And what woman wouldn't want that!

My relationship with Juvenesse and my friendship with Elaine Gayle goes back a long way. I first learned about Juvenesse when I was walking through the cosmetic department at Marshall Fields and I somehow stopped because something really did catch my eye, I talked to the lady behind the counter and that was my introduction. And then beyond that, I spoke to Elaine personally and met with her. I did a couple of TV spots with her in talking and showing the product and how the layering affect is extremely important. I think when one cleanses ones skin it is of course the first step, but the product is so important so that it is not too harsh. The Aloe Toner and the Aloe Milk Wash Cleanser are very important to me. I have all of my products lined up on a shelf in my medicine cabinet. I have them all lined up so even if I am sleepy eyed in the early early morning; I can go through the regiment with as much efficiency as possible. And if by chance there are those mornings that I have to short-cut, I know that the ones that I skip over. I can pick up the next morning.

But Anti-Time and Crème Restoratif are the regulars, all the time. And that is the beauty of Juvenesse. When skin is cared for at the basic level, I think that less makeup is required and needed. And again that is for women of all ages. Juvenesse is a product line for young women and as they go through the journey of life, it just gets better and better. And helping one's skin and keeping skin supple and soft and dewy is the goal that I know I have as I go through my journey of life. And, hopefully age gracefully with skin that I am very proud of. I thank my grandmother and my mother for helping out in the skin department, but they took care of their skin and that is what I am doing with Juvenesse. I first met Elaine Gayle at Marshall Fields in 1990 when my daughter was 18 months old. My mother took me by the hand to meet Elaine Gayle, because I had been treated by my dermatologist and the products he sold me caused my skin such irritation in the T-zone that my skin became weepy and raw. And I was not only uncomfortable with the constant itchy discomfort, but I was embarrassed; embarrassed to have people see my face like that and go “What’s wrong with your skin?” Elaine Gayle never made me feel badly about anything, I felt very comfortable and I bought the entire line of products.

Anti-Time Serum and Rejuvenate While You Sleep Crème: I started using these products and within, I am not kidding, 4 days, my skin was healed. Yes, healed. Hi, it’s Nick Angotti. I had this cable show for my Ministry and I would always use makeup before I went on because for years I was an actor and it didn’t fair well for me to be on camera without makeup. One day we were rushed on because we were running late and I didn’t get the makeup done. On camera, I started to see the wrinkles and the liver spots on my face and started to get into a little bit of a panic. So I said I had to do something. I started exploring different make-up, doing some research and a friend of mine gets an e-letter from Juvenesse and sent it off to me. So, I decided to check it out. I had this problem with spots on my face. I was concerned about it and I decided to check out the Fade Out Magic product from Juvenesse. You notice the dark spot on this left hand? I decided to test my left hand and try Fade Out Magic on my right hand. You will notice that over the past few weeks the spots have diminished. And they used to be as dark as the darkest part of the spots on my left hand. So I am ready to start using Fade Out Magic on my face.

I also mentioned that I have these issues with my wrinkles and I certainly want to be aging healthy. And so I tried the Wrinkles Away Collection and, I am beginning to notice already in my neck, the wrinkles are starting to lighten up. The first time I used Juvenesse, it was because I have an Aunt who is now 98, and she only cares about her skin, she has flawless skin. And when she saw I was complaining about my skin, she said you have to try Juvenesse. So, for my birthday present she gave me some of the Juvenesse products. Let me tell you the products I use and am ecstatic about. After I put on the Rejuvenate While You Sleep Crème which is also my day crème – which may sound conflicting – but it’s amazing - then I apply EverYoung, then after that I put on Perfect Future and Holistic Eye Lift. I just love the way it all feels. I then apply the Mineral Sheer Tint Foundation with SPF20, which is very clear and natural and is very smoothing to my skin. It feels good, it doesn’t feel clogging, and it makes my skin look very fresh. It might have been the Aloe Milk Wash Cleanser and, the Crème de la Crème moisturizer that I started with, and ever since then, I just haven’t been able to use anything else.

I love everything about Juvenesse…the personalized service, Elaine Gayle, everything just makes you feel special. The Juvenesse products are designed in a way for each person’s skin type, they make you feel good. I have even felt that some of my skin which isn’t so good looks flawless now. Hi, I’m Muriel, and I have been using Juvenesse products for well over 20 years, around the time the product line came out. I found Juvenesse products, or actually, they found me, in a Department Store. The sales person who was chatting with me while shopping, looking for that fountain of youth like so many of us, said to me “You know I can help you get rid of the puffiness under your eyes”. And I kind of bristled a little bit as I agreed that I had puffiness. She convinced me that something I was currently using was not working for me. She suggested that I try the Aloe Milk Wash Cleanser which I use to also remove all of my make up as well as a great cleanser. She said to combine that with Anti-Time Serum. That was my introduction to Juvenesse products and they made a big difference. For first time in my life, I really felt like I had listened to somebody and they had told me the truth about skincare. It was really fun.

And I had the pleasure of meeting Elaine, too, and she put some of the new ColorEARTH color/makeup on my face which perked up my skin tone. The really exciting thing about Juvenesse is that you are not dependent on the makeup to make you look good. I really believe that I am taking good care of my skin by using products like Hydrating Crème Extreme and the Collagen Face Masque which I use not only as masque, but I leave it on my face and neck all day, every day. My name is Michelle and I was introduced to Juvenesse products by my Mom. One day she said to me that she had these great products and I should give them a try. As a typical Mother/Daughter play out as things would go, I was reluctant at first. Aloe Milk Wash Cleanser was one of the first products that she used and loved and suggested I use. So I decided to give it a try and I loved it! That was 10 years ago! I had been using other products, and as I said was a bit reluctant, but I thought I would try something different. I tried it and love it. I use it everyday and at least twice a day. It makes my skin feel soft and I still feel like I did 10 years ago when I first started using the products! It’s really been great.

I feel strongly about Juvenesse. And, I am very particular about what I put on my skin. I have very sensitive skin. Juvenesse really works. It is helping to keep my skin soft and young. I hope I will look as good as my mom when I get to my mom’s age. I just stopped by the showroom today. I am not a huge fan of makeup and I don’t wear a lot, because I am more into the natural look, however I was looking around and I talked with Liz here at Juvenesse. She said she would be happy to try some of the ColorEARTH makeup on me. Again, I was a little skeptical about makeup and how much to put on. But after trying it on, it’s very much “me”. Hi it’s Judy and Ron. We would like to share our Juvenesse Experience with you. I first met Elaine Gayle about 15 years ago at Marshall Fields on State Street. I began using the product at that time after hearing Elaine tell me about her wonderful Juvenesse products. We have been very happy with the products and I have especially found that UltraFirmXL, Wrinkle’s Away CO-Q-10 and Anti-Time Serum are the most wonderful products that I have come across. With that in mind, I have encouraged my husband, Ron, to try my beauty regime which I incorporate every morning and evening. It started as a professional meeting when I came to see Jeannette Kravitz to talk about our companies and as it turned out, there was a luncheon going on in her showroom. I will take a couple of minutes to talk about the product I experienced that day. I really love and my favorite of all the products is the Advanced Peptight Serum! It makes my skin feel wonderful. I feel like I look wonderful, and I have that fresh glow. This is my little story of how I came to Juvenesse while working downtown Chicago in an Italian bank. I went to lunch at Marshall Fields Department store and I saw the product there. At the time I bought Anti-Time Serum and I saw the amazing difference it made in my skin. At that time I was, of course, so much younger. It was wonderful! So when I finished the product I went back to look for Juvenesse, but they were no longer in the store. And I remember that I felt so bad. And so I found the number and called Elaine Gayle. I told her I loved the product and she said she would be happy to send any products. That’s how it all started. And then more and more, I tried new product. The reason I say I truly love Juvenesse is because I have many allergies and I am super-sensitive and before Juvenesse, I tried many, many products. I believe that for your skin you should not try to economize. I believe for your skin, you should buy the best. My mother used to say this to me, “You only have one skin, so do the best you can”. I have tried so many other brands and in no time, I had to throw them away. I had rashes and problems. But when I started using Juvenesse I saw my complexion become so radiant.

Elaine stopped by the showroom and she put he new ColorEARTH makeup on me and I feel very pretty. But before you can put on the makeup and feel very pretty, you have to take care of your skin, otherwise you do nothing but cover up imperfections or problems. All that can cause your makeup not too look good or radiant! I have my daily routine. Every morning after cleansing with Juvenesse products, I start with EverYoung which is wonderful. You feel the difference! And, then I put on UltraFirmXL which I call my girdle because you can really feel and see your skin tightening up. Then, after that I put on CO-Q-10 Wrinkles Away. Most recently I have been using this new product called Advanced PepTight Serum, which you place around your eyes, in your laugh lines and other lines on your face like between your nose, to reduce lines and wrinkles! The product that started it all was Anti-Time Serum. I also put this product on my expression lines. It is the product that I keep with me in my purse, because when I get s tired, or in a room with lots of lights, or you feel dry, which is very common for people with allergies, I just apply it over my makeup and immediately feel refreshed. Crème de la Crème Moisturizer I put all over my face and neck and if I am at home, that is where I stop because I know that my face is clean and healthy and will look great all day long!

Juvenesse is a great experience. Every time I order something it comes right on time…just in case in an emergency I forget something. When I receive the package I feel like I am receiving a present. When I open the package it is wrapped with seasonal colored paper and ribbons and a fresh new feel of color for each time of year. It’s wonderful. And then the package is followed by a call to be sure I received everything. The service is wonderful. Since I am now retired, I get into the City of Chicago more often, and I stop by the beautiful Juvenesse showroom. The part that is especially nice is I feel like I am visiting friends, I get to talk about new products and I have gotten to know everyone personally. They really care. They make me feel good. They say I look great. Of course, they say that because they are proud of the product’s effects, but I know it’s true because I know my face. It feels good. It’s radiant. You may have noticed I have an accent. I come from Northern Italy, but have been an American citizen for many years and every time I go home my family says “Wow, your skin is beautiful. Every time you come back you are getting younger!” I said “that’s true” and all this is due to this wonderful Juvenesse products! I am very glad to talk about it and I can go on and on and tell you the wonderful qualities because I am the type of person that can’t talk about a product unless I believe in it! Hi, it’s Lynn. I want to tell you about Juvenesse and what a great product it is and how I got involved with it! I received an invitation to a Valentine’s Day event and I mentioned it to my husband and he said, “Go ahead and treat yourself. Go on over and see what it is all about.” So I went. The showroom is just really very warm and inviting and all the people here are very warm and inviting people. I started looking at the products and found it quite interesting and decided I wanted to take a look at the line. As we get a little bit older we get more wrinkles and more problems with our skin, so I started getting informed on all the things that Juvenesse is and Juvenesse does. And I looked at Elaine Gayle, the founder, and well, she looks awfully young for her age and I thought, gee, if she can do it, I can try.

So I started with the Advanced PepTight Serum to see what I could do to heal the aging and get healthy aging started. I also started with the UltraFirmXL for anti-wrinkles, and the wrinkles just started to sort of disappear. EverYoung and Crème de la Crème were so unique and invigorating . For me, it was so enlightening to see how the ColorEARTH makeup could look so good when you have healthier skin. It helps you look a little more interesting as you get older. And that’s what I love about Juvenesse. I think it’s a great product and I thought it was important for me to get involved with Juvenesse, so I could not only use it myself, but I could promote it to other people as well. Juvenesse has come a long away and has done a great job of making women feel better about themselves which in turn, helps them feel they can do more things out there in the world. And to make sure their ColorEARTH makeup just doesn’t disappear during the day. That’s the beautiful part of it. It stays on all day, You don’t have to keep redoing your makeup. It’s really wonderful the way it works with the Juvenesse skin care. Juvenesse is a wonderful product line and I think we just need to get the word out there to let people know how it works. I’m President of The Irvin Group., a consulting company that connects quality resources one at a time. I am here today to talk about a product that I have been using for over 15 years.
